User is solely responsible for the selection of mobile operator and the recharge/bill payment amount. SANDHYA PAN INDIA is not responsible for talk-time given against recharge done through SANDHYA PAN INDIA as this is purely at mobile operator's disposal.

In order to access the features of SANDHYA PAN INDIA or use the Services, we will have to create a Virtual Wallet. You represent and warrant to SANDHYA PAN INDIA that all information you submit when you register as a user on SANDHYA PAN INDIA portal is accurate, current, and complete. If SANDHYA PAN INDIA has reason to believe that your USER Account information is untrue, inaccurate, out-of-date, or incomplete, SANDHYA PAN INDIA reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your Account at any time without giving any prior notice. For use or access services of SANDHYA PAN INDIA, you have to maintain a minimum amount of Rs.0 in the wallet (Rs.1000 Maintain Wallet in DISTRIBUTOR & API PARTNER). If a customer surrenders his branch id before 3 years, the amount Rs.1000 (including training, marketing User account maintenance, and service serve, etc.) will be non-refundable. There is No registration Charge taken by or on behalf of SANDHYA PAN INDIA.
We accept a 24x7 billing system available for NEFT and IMPS. Remember we only payment directly from the bank, not from any 3rd party website. Visa and Master Credit Card, Debit Cards, and Net banking as modes of payment which are processed through our payment gateway partner. No information pertaining to payment is shared with us as you fill all the payment-related information on your bank's site.
In case of payment gateway any transaction dispute and dispute closed, the amount will be debited from your wallet. In case your wallet balance is insufficient, the transaction amount you will be paid to our bank account, otherwise company legal action against you.
The services are not available to persons under the age of 18 or to anyone previously suspended or removed from the services by SANDHYA PAN INDIA. By accepting these Terms & Conditions or by otherwise using the Services or the Site, You represent that You are at least 18 years of age and have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services. You represent and warrant that You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All the terms and conditions between you and SANDHYA PAN INDIA shall be governed by the law of India. By visiting SANDHYA PAN INDIA, you agree to the laws. Any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and SANDHYA PAN INDIA or its affiliates is subject to Ludhiana jurisdiction only.
We do not have any refund policy, funds transferred to us will never be refunded. So kindly test our services well before making any future transactions.
We reserve the rights to modify/change any plan cost anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserve the rights to increase/decrease margin/surcharge on any operator anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserve the rights to terminate/suspend any of their customer accounts on violation of our terms and conditions or abuse or any harassment or if a customer does not take any recharge balance for more than 1 year or customer uses our services on non-B2B website/portal/app. Pre-approval is required for B2C website/portal/app. No refund will be provided in all cases and if there is any amount of remaining balance left in customer account on our website, the same will be converted to zero or nil and no refund/redeem will be given to the customer. One recharge transaction and one payment transaction is mandatory every 90 days, if SANDHYA PAN INDIA user has not done any recharge and payment transaction in the last 90 days, his/her account will be terminated/suspended automatically by our system.
